Some Options for Supporting Room in the Inn Hardin County (RITI):
All tasks and volunteers are coordinated through the Coordinator for each night of the week (we need 7 or more Coordinators). Note in the contact form above which night(s) or morning(s) you are available and the corresponding Coordinator will contact you.
We need Individuals, Coordinators, Groups, and Agencies to help.
Ways that Churches, Individuals, Groups, and Agencies help with the RITI mission:
· Be a coordinator that “staffs” volunteers for services one night /week
· Donate money
· Pray for the mission, the people RITI serves, and the volunteers
-Be an individual volunteer that helps fill in tasks during the week
· Pair up with one or more churches to help “staff” an overnight
· Donate FOOD by bringing snacks for a night, or make or bring breakfast (breakfast is served at 7:15 AM)
What is Needed to “Staff” an Entire Night?
By “staffing,” RITI means to find, recruit, schedule, and train the volunteers needed to provide the supervision and services for one night/morning of the week.
Qualifications: A church or agency (i.e., an organization that is incorporated/registered and has a board of directors) selects a member as the RITI Volunteer Coordinator for your Church or Agency. This RITI Volunteer Coordinator will be the point of contact with the RITI Officers.
Please contact Room in the Inn Hardin County by the contact form above if you are interested in being a coordinator or helping with any other task!
